Refund Policy

Number claims are generally final once a number is assigned. Founding Claims are US$1 for the first 1,000 paid claims; standard claims are US$1.99. This policy applies to both.

When a refund may be considered

• A duplicate or accidental duplicate charge.
• A clear payment error.
• A technical failure where you were charged but no number was assigned.

When a refund does not apply

• We do not refund a claim because you dislike the number you were assigned.
• We do not refund a claim because the number is not rare, funny, recognizable, or desirable. Most numbers are ordinary, and you cannot choose your number.

Every assigned number is one of one and cannot be rerolled, reset, or exchanged. If a Founding Claim is refunded or cancelled, we cannot promise you will be able to claim again at the founding price later, since founding pricing depends on the number of completed paid claims at that time.
